Directions:
1. Wash 10g (0.35oz) of herbs in running water.
2. Put herbs in boiling pot and pour in 1L (33.8oz) of water until herbs are immersed. Let them soak in water for 1 hour.
3. Boil for 30 - 60 minutes. The tea is ready to serve.
